We worked though some communication issues due to another car with the exact same year model and same problem coming in at the same time. We also had an unusual issue that was more computer related than mechanical - not only was the customer service provided excellent as problems were solved regarding a very difficult to find sensor issue, their prices were fair. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their patience with this mama wanting to send her son to drive to Fort Knox, KY, for his first assignment as a commissioned officer in the US Army in a vehicle we can trust to get him there safely. They met timelines that were stressful with patience and confidence that the issue was resolved! I appreciate Rick’s steadfast commitment to sending their customers home with quality solutions! Honest and straightforward automotive businesses are rare these days and Rick’s automotive is one of those businesses! I highly recommend them!
