Always helpful, never rude when I would call and ask for an update. Very knowledgeable about everything. Remembered stuff I had done there 2 yrs ago and asking about that scenario just off top of their head. Dealt with warranty company so we didn’t have to. Made it super easy. I live close to Dallas and come all way to Cleburne to get the to work on my vehicles.

10 stars! The wrecker side picked up my custom Chevy pickup and took it to the shop so they could fix my drive line. I honestly don’t have the words for the service I go and care they took with my pickup. They went above and beyond to get it fix the right way. They keep me up to date whole way through and before starting they told me estimate of the repair and it came in under. I have them in my contacts and if I need help again won’t think twice about calling them. From the owners through the service and front guys friendly like they know you even being my first time customer but not last.

Took care of our car very quickly and you can tell they care about their customers. Absolutely will be back.

I love coming to Rick’s for all my automotive care needs. Anytime I have a question or an issue they are so quick to help and don’t try to just sell me everything. They truly care about doing what is right for the customer. Bird and the crew are always fun to chat with while I wait too and I really don’t have to wait that long.
