I received the greatest service from the phone call to the completion of my service. The tow truck driver was able to jump my dead battery so I could drive to the shop instead of just hooking it up and towing it. This saved me some money! Although they had many cars to work on they took mine in immediately, replaced the battery and cleaned the cables for me. I was there less than an hour. The cost was amazingly reasonable! Everyone there were so nice and professional!! I highly recommend Rick's Automotive for all your auto needs!!
