I scheduled an appointment for maintenance work on my car and it went in on time as scheduled. The work took 1 1/2 hours which is half the time Frank Kent Cadillac took for the same work, and the price was fair and half what I was charged at Frank Kent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is up front. Great local shop. I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Everyone at Rick's Automative was knowledgeable and friendly. They were extremely helpful ensuring that my car was towed to their shop. They kept me updated on the progress of my car. My car was fixed quickly, even though it was holidays! I live out of town and weather prevented me from picking up my car. They assured me that it was not a problem! The cost to repair my car was very, very reasonable! I would not hesitate to use Rick's Automative in the future!
