So kind and helpful. Helped me out with a free diagnostic and advice. I went when it was busy and they treated everyone young or old, man or lady with respect and kindness. Really refreshing to see at a car place. Very impressed with the experience and I will definitely be back.

Had to clean out my truck.peple at Ricks were very kind & very professional. I hate that my truck is there but its just not worth it.

I have used Ricks for a few years now and they have always been fast friendly and fair. Was just there today and the office staff fixed my problem. I just showed up out of the blue and they took the time to help me right then even when they were already busy. Very grateful to them and will continue to use them for both my cars.

My car would not start this morning and I suspected it was the battery but wasn’t sure. I called Ricks to get it towed to a mechanic and was expecting it would be a costly fix. Chad showed up and suggested we try to jump start the battery (that cost is half of what a tow costs) . It started and I was able to drive myself to the auto store where they verified it was the battery and I bought one and they installed it right there. Chad was professional, friendly, and saved me money - need I say more….thank you.

The staff at Rick's gave me excellent service from the time I requested a towing truck. After assessing the situation, immediately the staff acted upon resolving what my vehicle needed to put me back on the road. Along the process of replacing my engine, the staff kept me abreast of ordering, the engine, the arrival, replacing and when my vehicle was finally ready for me to pick up. I am very impressed how Rick's handled my situation and would recommend to anyone with automotive needs.
