We are so VERY thankful and grateful for Rick’s Automotive. The customer service is beyond compare. Most importantly, they are honest. After another location tried to charge us for 3 unnecessary services, Rick’s, with the utmost integrity, checked our vehicle over to learn, many of those services were not necessary at this time. I came in to check on my wrecked car towed few days ago to retrieve personal belongings. The process was smooth and left with an useful advice from an experienced gentleman behind the reception.

5 stars is not enough for the outstanding service I received! The employees are friendly, down to earth and super knowledgeable. I brought my Mustang in after the local Ford dealership could not resolve my issues. Bird and his team went through the car and in short order had me back on the road burning up the highways! They have a customer for life now most certain. I will recommend them to everyone I know! I can’t thank them enough, this is what true customer service is all about.
