I am a decent mechanic and do most of my own work, but I trust Rick's for anything I can't handle. They just replaced the V10 in my work truck and no issues to date. Jose and everyone else I dealt with were great.

Marie did my alignment and now my truck drives like it should. Nobody else could get it right. I need to go back and get my headlights adjusted. This shop is way better than the ones they had back home in Alabama.

I had to have my motorcycle towed on a couple of occasions and they did great.

I would just like to thank Mark H. for being A-MAZING!!! I was involved in an accident on 03/05/2022 two hours away from my home with my 15 year old daughter heading to a volleyball tournament. He was there before the actual time of arrival he should have arrived. He was so caring and understanding. He put me at ease, made me feel safe after the trauma I had just endured and that my car was in good hands. I would like to say I am so glad to meet you and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
