These guys are a friendly team. They don't just throw parts at problems, and seem to respect time and cost for the customer. They communicated only as needed during the process and didn't charge me just for a diagnosis. They committed to solving the problem before running up my tab. I appreciated their key box system for after hours pickup of my keys which meant no rushing there after work to catch them before they close.

Rick’s was referred to me and I'm glad I took my car for them to investigate a noise it is making. Josh is very friendly and took the time to explain what the noise is after Carlos had done his thorough inspection. He assured me that it is not a safety issue. He did not try to sell me repair that is not necessary at this time. I will be a Rick’s customer in the future I highly recommend Rick’s Automotive.
