If there is one trait that is more important than anything it's honesty. I have never thought or felt like work was being done to either of my vehicles that wasn't necessary. In addition the depth of knowledge and the way they take the time to explain the issues is really refreshing. The service is beyond the Normal. One day I brought my truck in to have the heater recalibrated and they gave me a ride to a cafe so I could get something to eat, and then picked me up after. It's the little things that make the biggest difference. I highly recommend Rick's Automotive to all of my friends and family. Thanks for all you guys do!

One mf my guys was Down in Texas for work and the fuel pump went out of my Ford diesel truck on a Sunda. They got me towed back to their shop and had them back on the road Tuesday morning! Put in the parts I wanted and the labor and parts were very competitive! From my experience I would recommend them for anything!
