They where real helpfull.. I went in and ask if he could check out my car the sound it was making and the employee went and hook up a machine and told me what it was. The best part he did it for free... Great service. Also the speak English and Spanish that's a plus for customers. 👍

Had a wheel alignment done. Was surprised the mechanic came out and went over the diagram that printed out. And showed me it wasn’t that bad out of alignment. Never had a shop do this before! Had it done in the spring/ summer 2019. They are very professional n courteous! Will be back! Thank you.

Great Service! Waited from 7:00am until 12:00pm for a different company to show. So called Ricks and their driver Chris B. was there before his e.t.a.. Chris was extremely professional and a great conversationalist, making a bad day much less painful.

Chris was so great. My lower ball joint broke backing out of a parking spot. I was so upset. But also didn't even know how they could tow it. When Chris showed up he was so nice & reassuring he could handle it. Cars just kept driving in front of the car looking at me. I was worried about Chris' safety. He put cones around us. I laughed & relaxed then. His calm & collected kept me chilled. Which was super helpful, being I suffered a Stroke a few months back. He knew the importance of that. My boyfriend even said he was a nice guy. When he got the car &I home. I can't express how wonderful & easy he made the experience. Thx Chris your so great.
