My lower ball joint broke as I was backing out of a parking spot, at the Dollar General. I was so upset & worried what to do or how. Luckily I have roadside assistance from my insurance Allstate. Chris showed up. I was at a lose, upset how ppl were acting. He was super nice told me no worries. Went got cones put them out around the car. He handled everything perfectly. He was very professional. Reassured me he could handle it. I can't Express how wonderful & helpful all that was. Being I suffered a Stroke few months back. Stress or being upset is not good for my well being. I highly recommend Chris @ Rick's when in times of need.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff and drivers. I had a transmission issue and dead battery with my Wife’s car and Chad Dean (the driver) came out to our house. Jump started the vehicle. Drove it onto the town truck bed. Hooked it up and was awesome. It took all together about 5 minutes from once he arrived to when he was pulling out of the driveway. The entire staff from the dispatcher to the driver were extremely courteous and friendly. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need assistance again in the future. Their vehicles are clean and their equipment is well maintenance and maintained. I come away very pleased with the services they provided. Thank you again.

Rick's was able to get the issues with the car trouble shot and fixed in no time. Prices were more than fair and everyone I talked to was courteous and professional. Won't think twice to go to Rick's in the future!

Charges alot but has police auctions.. Ive gotten a few decent cars thru them..

Bird at Ricks Automotive was my savior today! He was absolutely amazing and helped me out with my blinker bulb when no one else in town would! This is by far the BEST place in cleburne to take your vehicle!!!! I will definitely be coming back here with any of my camaro’s needs!!!
