These guys are amazing! They have gone above and beyond for me! My car looks fabulous! They have found parts that I would never have been able to get. I have a Hummer H2 and it is customized. It's a classic and will remain so. Looking great thanks to yall!

As always, the service and the folks at Rick's Automotive are stellar examples of decency and professionalism. I've grown attached to so many who work there, that I missed one who had moved to a different city, and was concerned that things would change due to his absense. However, although he could never be replaced, there was someone new to do the job, and he is just as charismatic and mannerly as Nate was. So yet again, great job, and thanks for going the extra mile, taking me out to my car and showing me what motor mounts are, their purpose and why mine need to be soon replaced.

Moved here 2 years ago not knowing anyone. Asking my neighbors it was clear that Ricks was above everyone here in Cleburne. I have had 3 autos through their service which is very detailed. You have to listen to someone when they say you don't need to fix that now. Great Service!

Excellent service and always their to accommodate my needs!

My husband took his truck in to be looked at, Ricks was quick and helpful. They let us know what the problem was right away and they also let us keep my husband's truck parked up there until we decided what we were going to do. We ended up deciding to go to another shop. We paid Ricks the $98 fee for taking a look, and another $50 fee for them to tow it to the other shop across town, (Maybe 2 miles away if that) Not a problem, i understand they have a $50 minimum for towing. Well, instead of the driver taking the truck to the other shop, he took it to our house (which is litterally 2 blocks away) on accident. I get it, it was an accident, easy fix as long as it gets to the other shop before closing time, right??.... It has been well over 3 hours and they have STILL not come to pick the truck up and take it to the right place. I am pretty disappointed. Now BOTH places are going to be closed and we are stuck.
