The service I received from Ricks Automotive was excellent. Byrd kept me well informed throughout the entire process. The honesty and integrity that I feel exists in this shop and among these guys is beyond reproach. They aren't the type of guys that take you for a ride with the pocketbook and they respected me as an individual, client and a repeat customer. They understand how valuable and important it is to treat people right. Many benefits come from that. Thanks Byrd.

I wouldn't think of taking my car anyplace but Rick's. They are so careful, treating their clients like family and making sure the repairs are done correctly, guaranteeing their work. I find their staff and mechanics so friendly and helpful and the experience a pleasant one despite the fact that car repairs are needed. Keep up the good work. I love Rick's.

Have used Ricks for the Past Four Years for several cars I have owned. Sure I could probably get work done cheaper elsewhere, but with Ricks I know the Parts are good quality and the work is done right. Yes some days it takes awhile for them to get to my car because they are busy... but they are busy because they are good!

Rick's Wrecker service has THE best employees. They go above and beyond for their customers. We needed a part that was back ordered for a couple of weeks and Byrd found one, got it ordered and installed in two days. :) All of the employees at Rick's work great as a team and we appreciate all of the hard work they do. Brought my 2004 Dodge truck in for first 500 mile checkup and oil change on the new engine Rick's installed. They did a magnificent job and the new engine runs beautifully!! Now my old truck is back on the road with a smile on my face!
