UNAUTHORIZED MAINTENANCE I came in for new struts and that morning it was cold so one of my tires was squawking as low pressure. These guys corrected the pressure without even asking. Seriously - I was more than pleased with the work they did and doing the right thing by correcting the tire pressure was just icing. They've earned my trust and future business!

The personal service is much appreciated. I don't know a lot about car mechanics so having Byrd explain in detail helped when it was time to spend the money for the 100,000 mile tune up. I shopped around and found Rick's was competitive, especially with their 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty and the free road side service.
