My husband took his truck in to be looked at, Ricks was quick and helpful. They let us know what the problem was right away and they also let us keep my husband's truck parked up there until we decided what we were going to do. We ended up deciding to go to another shop. We paid Ricks the $98 fee for taking a look, and another $50 fee for them to tow it to the other shop across town, (Maybe 2 miles away if that) Not a problem, i understand they have a $50 minimum for towing. Well, instead of the driver taking the truck to the other shop, he took it to our house (which is litterally 2 blocks away) on accident. I get it, it was an accident, easy fix as long as it gets to the other shop before closing time, right??.... It has been well over 3 hours and they have STILL not come to pick the truck up and take it to the right place. I am pretty disappointed. Now BOTH places are going to be closed and we are stuck.
Rick’s Wrecker Service is sorry for delivering the vehicle to your home address vs. a Mill St address. We made 2 attempts to correct the issue but we received no answer on the phone calls & the keys had been removed from the vehicle. On our 3rd attempt the vehicle was moved to the correct address as we obtained the keys. Again, please accept our apology for any inconvenience.
