Today I was reminded why I am so grateful that Rick's Automotive takes care of our cars. I love that I know I am going to get a great deal for quality auto care in a timely manner. The entire staff is great, but I am especially thankful for Byrd. He is courteous, detail oriented, and he always goes out of his way to help.

Unfortunately they did not have time to fix my vehicle (I am here out of town just for the day) but of 8 shops i spoke to, this is the only one i trust in the area. Didn't tell any of them of my background in auto mechanics and this is the only place with good customer service and knowledgeable staff. As a woman traveling with 3 small children i recommend everyone send their loved ones here! They'll be taken care of the way you want them to be!

Favorite automotive repair shop ever. Bird, Josh, Jose, Rick, and all do such a great job. Fair pricing and excellent work. Just great people, who enjoy their job. Rick is always there and behind the scene owner, who ensure things go smoothly. Bird and Josh greet you with good humor, and Jose is a master technician. My corolla has over 500,000 miles on it and they help me keep it going.

I’m super happy with the service that Ricks Auto Repair provide. They were real friendly and you can trust that they have your best interests in mind when you take your car to them, they always fully explain any work that needs to be done, you’re in the best hands with this team. This visit I called at very short notice and they were able to get me in the same day, It was a real rainy day they came and picked up my vehicle for which I’m very grateful. Thank you Rick’s Auto Repair, I highly recommend you guys as the best Auto Repair business that I’ve ever known.
