Rick, you have the greatest young fellows working in the waiting area. I think I made every mistake I could make--left my insurance card at home, had to go get it, went off and left my purse in the waiting room--I couldn't have been any more trouble, yet they handled it with courtesy, humor and made me feel I'd done nothing wrong. The service was quick and well done and thoroughly explained to me, plus I was given certain things my car would need in the near future, complete with financial information--parts, labor and total, so I could determine which could be done and when. Don't worry, you're goig to have to put up with me for a long time, I'm afraid. Thanks for a great experience.
