My car was completed on time with excellent workmanship. I'm pretty fussy about my car and Rick's does a great job. Each time one of my vehicles needs service it is completed on time at the agreed upon estimate unless something unforeseen happens, then I am notified and given all the information I need to make an informed decision. And when I pick my car up there are no greasy finger prints. Nate always answers all my questions and is very courteous.
