Broke a shock absorber on my hot rod half way between Glen Rose and Cleburne enroute to Ft Worth. On AAAs recommendation had my car towed to Ricks. I tried to find a new (specialty) shock locally but couldn't. Even though this was happening within an hour of closing time Charlie volunteered to stay late to get me on the road if I could find my part. I had a new part overnighted to the shop and Charlie had me ready for the road by 8 AM the next morning. Friendly, knowledgeable staff anf GREAT customer service. They also appreciated how finicky I was about my car and took great care of it. Bud Landacre San Antonio

The guys at Rick's did an AWESOME job on my Saturn. I had taken it to the garage where my warranty provided I must take it and the repair was not covered by the warranty.
