As a Pittsburgher (PA) I was purchasing a vehicle, sight unseen, from Cleburne. I worked with Rick's to conduct a pre-purchase vehicle check for an independent review of the auto. I could not have been more satisfied with the service I received in such a professinal manner. Will was especially accommodating in spite of the inconvenience he had to work around with me being 1200 miles away. I will now travel to Texas to pick up a newly purchased used vehicle confident that I am getting an automobile in the condition promised by the seller.

Recently had 1000.00 worth of brakes, oil changes and general up keep performed at Rick's. In the process they neglected to secure one of the center caps of my wife's trucks wheels, because a couple of days later one of my kids said, hey look the "hubcap" is gone. Other than that usually great service.

I have been a customer of Rick's for some years now and have always been satisfied with the service.

Once again the staff at Rick's did not disappoint. I went in for a state inspection and not only did the techs have my car back promptly, they changed a brake light that was out and only charged me a minimal fee for the bulb! They called when the car was ready and as usual I received friendly service when I went to pick up my vehicle. Two appreciative thumbs up!
