We took our KIA to have a check engine light diagnosed and get an oil change. It took less than an hour for us to get notified we should check with a transmission specialist, and we did so. The transmission specialist referred more detail work back to Rick's; the great thing is how Rick's Service Reps immediately started calling around to be sure and get us parts so that we would have our vehicle available very quickly. We were never talked down to, and every question we had was answered, and more. Thorough explanations, friendly people, and outstanding work. A very enjoyable experience (December 2009).

We have had many experiences with Rick's Automotive in Cleburne and never have had any problems whatsoever. The guys have given us rides from and to our home when we were in a pinch and have always handled our towing needs including the paper work with our insurance company.
